You can review/modify/cancel your reservation online, without penalty, before the final EM2 Housing deadline listed above by following the directions below:

1. Go to https://www.advancedeventsystems.com/reservations/manage/lookup 

2. Enter the e-mail address of the person who made the group reservation (typically the club email, NOT your personal email address). This can be found in the contact information section near the top left of the confirmation e-mail.

3. Enter the Reservation #.

4. A summary of the reservation will appear. 

5. Click on your assigned room number within the block. 

6. If you need to make a change, click on the button that states “Contact Housing Director.” 

7. Follow the prompts to request your change. Please be sure to include your name, room number, and phone number or email address. 

8. Click Submit to send your request.

9. Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure the request was received and processed by the stated deadline.
