🏐 Infinity Volleyball Youth League

Teach. Encourage. Develop. Have Fun.

Our Youth League is designed for 1st–8th graders. Our goal is to build fundamentals, confidence, volleyball IQ, and a love for the game in a positive, encouraging environment.

What to Expect

Our 5–6 week instructional league combines skill development and game play each Saturday:

• Approximately 40 minutes of instruction
• Approximately 45 minutes of game play
• Sessions lasting about 1½ hours

This league helps prepare athletes for school volleyball, future club volleyball, and continued growth in the sport.

Development Comes First!

Although hosted at Infinity Volleyball Club, this is a developmental league—not traditional competitive club volleyball. Teams may play younger club teams that are also considered developmental.

• Coaches may enter the court to teach, correct mistakes, and develop volleyball IQ while being mindful of game time.
• Matchups and game rules may vary based on age and skill level.
• Serves are typically capped at 3–5 consecutive serves, and league teams receive one serve re-do.
• We encourage players to serve from as far behind the end line as they can successfully manage.
• Coaches may adjust scoring, serving, or serve-receive rules to challenge teams working on more advanced skills.

For our younger athletes, especially 1st-4th graders, we prioritize repetitions, ball contacts, and fundamentals over extended traditional match play.

Teams & Match Play

Players may register with friends. Teams are formed after registration closes based on age and skill level. An IVC coach will email team assignments and schedules, so please use an active email address.

Coaches will aim to complete two sets to 25 and one set to 15 when time allows. If time remains, athletes will continue working on serving, ball control, and other skills. Match lengths may vary, and we appreciate everyone’s flexibility.

Our Coaches & Registration

Our coaches are passionate about teaching young athletes and helping them grow. Registration helps cover coaching, a league T-shirt, gym rental, facility upkeep, and equipment.

Volunteer parent coaches are welcome! Select “Volunteer Coach” during registration to receive free registration for your athlete.
