IVC 2024-25 Season Recap
IVC-NTR Rankings and season overview!
**Big shout out to IVC for 2024-25! Lots of 1sts for our club! We had the most ETX teams win bids to regionals. We had 2 Gold Championships in Bid tournaments! We had several teams at qualifiers this year and have 8 teams participating in extended summer tournaments! We also brought home our first ever paid bid to AAU Nationals.
*Our 10/11s had a BiG season of learning! Coach Gabby held them to high standards. We are excited to have some of them stay 11U again with their age and lead the group to new heights. Some will be moving up to 12U and Gabby and Mady are eager to get them going soon after tryouts!
*12U Mady and 12U Megan ended in the top 57 teams out of 197 that played this season in the region.
Their teams combined to create an All Star team where they competed and took 1st place and the clubs FIRST ever paid entry fee to any AAU summer tournament.
*The 13U teams worked so hard this season. We can hardly keep this group out of the gym when we give them breaks! We had 5 teams. Our top team finished with a season ranking of 87 out of 224 teams in this age group and will be headed to Orlando soon. They won -1 gold championship this year beating a rival team that they matched with quite a few times. 13U-2 and 13U-3 had success throughout the season grabbing 3rd gold in many tournaments. 13-2 left with 18th place at the Lone Star qualifier!
Included in the 5 are our two 13U satellite teams, IVC Trinity and IVC Harmony. Thank you for a great season!
*Our 14U teams had a lot of success this season. Our top team ended their regular season ranked 36th of 300!!! They won the clubs first ever Championship at MLK and secured 2 bids to regionals. They will be competing in USAV Nationals in June!!
14U Alex won the Championship @Louisiana State Games and some will be taking on USAV Nationals this summer.
14U Angela won 2 Gold Championships and will be taking on Orlando Nationals this summer.
14U Cristy won 2nd at the Louisiana State Games.
Thank you to our satellite teams in Harmony and Jville for representing well at the local East Texas tournament series!!!
*Our 15U Group is one to watch out for next year! 15U Megan came in at 62nd of 234 for the year out ranking the other ETX clubs. They received a bid to regionals and will be attending USAV nationals in Dallas. 15U Jacob not far behind them won our club a Bid Championship in Gold punching their ticket to Regionals. They will continue their season in Phoenix this summer!!!
15U N-Alex had a great season coming in 9th of 61 at their bid tournament and 21st of 61 at Lone Star! They will be repping in Orlando this summer at AAU Nationals.
15U R-Alex had a fun season and had a great showing at the Louisiana State Games. Such a fun season for this age group!
*The 16s! Our top 16s team will be showing out at USAV Nationals this year and finished the season ranked 62 of 198! This group received double bids to regionals in NTR, winning 2nd Gold at MLK! Our 16-2 team also had a great season, they finished with a record of 5 wins and 3 losses at the Lone Star Qualifier. 16-3 had a good season and received their highest ranking points at the Red River Classic. Our satellite team IVC 16U Hector brought home 2 gold championships this season and rocked the East Texas tournament series!
*17-18s
We had two teams this season in this age group.
A mixed 17/18s team! These girls rocked it throughout the season! With a roster full of multisport athletes the girls did great with various positions each tournament. They won 2nd Gold in Waco at their opening tournament and finished the season winning the Championship at the Red River Classic in Shreveport.
18U National! There’s not enough words to express how proud we are of this group. With 7 total seniors and all 7 getting offers and 6 deciding to sign and commit to play volleyball at the next level we couldn’t ask more from them. They played and won 9th at Lone Star Classic in Austin as well as bringing home 1st in the Fort Worth Open.
We love you and good luck in your future endeavors. Can’t wait to watch you play college ball.
