We do A LOT of work behind the scenes to keep your tournament costs as low as possible. Unfortunately, for these tournaments, we donβt have many options when it comes to hotel blocks.
π¨ STAY-TO-PLAY REQUIREMENT
In order for our teams to move to ACCEPTED STATUS, we MUST meet the tournamentβs hotel requirements.
If we do not meet the required number of room nights, our team can lose its spot in the tournament.
If you donβt love the hotel you are assigned, YOU STILL NEED TO BOOK IT.
After the tournamentβs designated date, you can contact the travel company to see what other hotel options may have become available that better fit your family.
PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION ALTOGETHER.
If too many families cancel and we fall below the required room nights, we can be dropped from the tournament.
